Lalit Kumar Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director of Kumar Builders (KUL), and has served as Managing Director of Kumar Urban Development Limited since February 2003. Known locally as the "Green Man of Pune" for his focus on environmentally conscious design, he has led the company through decades of growth across residential and commercial real estate.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career as a supervisor at a Pune-based company, where he honed his skills before going on to build Kumar Builders into one of the city's most trusted real estate brands.

The foundation is laid as Kumar & Co. by first-generation entrepreneur Late Shri K. H. Oswal, marking the start of the family's real estate journey in Pune.
